Course Access and Delivery

All courses and digital products are delivered online via a secure platform.

Once payment has been successfully completed, you will receive access to the course materials. Unless otherwise stated, access is provided on a lifetime basis, meaning you can revisit the content at any time while the course remains available.

We reserve the right to update, amend or improve course content to ensure it remains relevant, accurate and up to date.

Payment and Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan is offered and selected at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are correct. If a payment fails or a chargeback is raised, access to the course may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

Refund Policy and Guarantee

We offer a 14-day guarantee on our online courses.

If you go through The First Time Hiring Method and genuinely do not feel clearer or more confident about making your first hire, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing [email protected] within the 14-day period. This guarantee is intended to give you the opportunity to explore the content properly and decide if the course is right for you, without pressure.

Refund requests made outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

Use of Course Content

All course materials, including videos, documents, templates, workbooks and resources, are the intellectual property of Woop Limited.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own business purposes only.

You may not share, sell, reproduce, distribute or provide access to the course materials to any third party. Unauthorised use may result in access being revoked without refund.
